We will be shipped from the USA. All currency on this shop is in USD.

How can I change/update shipping information? Can I upgrade my order?
Please get in contact with us through our social media or the contact tab for changes to your order. Addresses cannot be changed after packages have been shipped.

Does this zine ship internationally? Which countries will/won't you ship to?
"MEMENTO" is able to ship to all countries except: Afghanistan, Belarus, Brunei, Haiti, Lybia, Niue, Russia, South Sudan, Sudan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Yemen. Any physical orders placed from the aforementioned areas will be cancelled and refunded.
May I host/join a group order?
Yes, group orders are welcome! However, this shop will not be facilitating any group orders ourself, and is not responsible for any issues that may arise due to the group order manager. Please join third-party GOs at your own risk. "MEMENTO" also cannot guarantee cheaper shipping costs through group order.
Due to the larger volume of items, we will be unable to offer cancellations or refunds for group orders barring extenuating circumstances. Please do not place a group order until you have verified your cart and that all members of the order are confirmed to be participating.
When will digital PDF buyers receive their orders?
The digital PDF will be sent out every few days throughout leftovers.
REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations and refunds will be handled on a case by case basis pending order circumstances. Please email us (persona3zine@gmail.com) with your name and order number.
"MEMENTO" will only be responsible for refunding/replacing shipped items under the following circumstances:
- Order was not received due to errors on the mod team's part (ex. address on shipping label does not match address on the order.)
- Order contained incorrect, damaged, or is missing items. Please contact us via email with photos of your order.
"MEMENTO" will NOT be responsible for refunding/replacing items under the following circumstances:
- Order was not received or otherwise incorrect due to buyer error (ex. inputting the wrong address, ordering wrong items, etc).
- Buyer no longer wants items after orders have been shipped.
